岗位职责：Job Responsibilities

1. 具备车用空调换热器产品(暖风、蒸发芯体、冷凝芯体，特别是蒸发芯体) 性能计算及CFD/CAE仿真分析能力 ；

Capable of HVAC heat exchanger performance simulation analysis / CFD & CAE analysis.

2. 负责蒸发器芯体＜平行流蒸发器＞零部件参数的匹配（翅片选择、扁管选择、流程优化等）；

In charge of matching the components of the evaporator core＜parallel flow evaporator＞ (fin selection, flat-pipe selection, process optimization and etc);

3. 建立换热器设计规范、试验标准及评价标准；

Building the standards of design, trail and evaluation.

4. 负责换热器新技术的研究和开发方向的确定

In Charge of researching the new technology and defining development roadmap.

5. 指导技术人员换热模块化专业技术的快速提升；

Helping improve the professional skills of the technicians specializing in heat transfer module.

6. 负责牵头对换热器（散热效果差问题）进行原因分析及解决；

7. Taking the lead in analyzing and solving the systemic problems of the field. (for example, bad heat dispersing capability.)


任职资格：

Qualifications:

1. 学历：本科及以上学历；

Bachelor degree or above

2. 专业：热管理、制冷、暖通、汽车工程相关专业；

Major: heat management, refrigeration, HVAC, automobile engineering,

3. 工作年限及资历：具有8年以上在国际知名散热器及空调系统公司从事汽车散热器及空调产品专业经验，具有较强组织协调能力,年龄35周岁以上；

Working experience: At least 8-year working experience in heat exchanger and air conditioner system company with an international fame and engaging

技能要求：

4. Skill requirements:

A 必要能力：人才培养、问题解决和改善、团队合作及沟通、资源管理；

Personnel training, problem solving, teamwork, coordination and resource management.

B 岗位技能：

B Post skills:

（1）熟悉散热器及空调系统产品设计及工作原理；

（1）Familiar with the design and working principles of heat radiator and air conditioning products;

（2）能够独立并指导他人完成汽车散热器产品及空调系统相关产品CAE、CFD仿真分析工作；
