Development and implementation of sales strategy for the Packinox product in China,

Continuously promote the Packinox technology on the market and fighting back the competition,

Drive and develop Alfa Laval Packinox sales in China by taking the ownership of the sales processes,

Contribute to the definition of the sales strategy with Alfa Laval Packinox China sales management through established and continuous reporting procedures,

Negotiate orders including technical aspect as well as legal and commercial terms,

Develop and maintain relationship at different levels with key decision makers in China (Users, Licensors, Design

institutes, Approbators such as national and regional commissions, Consultants),

Develop marketing awareness of Chinese business (including market trends, competition position and technology monitoring

Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor or above (required), mechanical or chemical engineering,

Technical background with strong commercial thinking and good market knowledge,

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the process industries, preference for Refining and Petrochemical sector, related to heavy industrial equipment sales, project based (required),

Knowledge of contractual terms for this type of activity,

Fluent written and spoken Chinese (native), English (required),

Strong sales-oriented personality with good communication and network skills,

Able to work in an international company with a matrix organization,

Attitude: Customer-orientated, § Effective communication in a multicultural environment, § Service and quality minded, Motivation: Is business oriented and driven by ensuring Alfa Laval′s long-term profitability.
